We love the support of our community and welcome their commitment as volunteers whenever possible. Turbeville Children's Home offers different volunteer opportunities for those interested in making a positive impact in the lives of children and youth. All students that live at TCH are teenagers between the ages of 13 and 18 years old.
Volunteer positions that work directly with the students at TCH require background checks, fingerprinting, and orientation/training. All volunteers must be at least 21 years of age and able to commit to at least 4 hours per month for scheduling purposes.
Become a Foster Parent!
Foster care is a protective service for families. Children who have been physically abused, sexually abused, neglected, or maltreated are given a safe family environment in an agency approved home for a planned and temporary time.
Become a Houseparent!
Houseparents work directly with students to help with adjusting to a new home. You will help provide a home-like atmosphere and help your children with spiritual, emotional, and educational goals and growth.
